Pending deletion?
Stopping a deletion you already requested
- Sign back into the app before the scheduled date. Signing in cancels the request and restores the account automatically.
- Or email us from the registered address with the subject Cancel Deletion, before the 30 days are up.
- We cannot show a request’s status here. Those records carry the email address of everyone who asked to be deleted, so they are readable by staff only — by design.
